T flat Quartet

Inspired by an open-minded jazz mentality, Tb Quartet reimagines traditional folk through improvisation and unconventional arrangements. They draw inspiration from nature—not as a specific place, but as an idea: untamed, unexpected, without a defined goal. Like a linden sprout daring to grow through a crack in the asphalt. It’s about relationships—to people, to nature and about a journey to our inner selves, which might start in Latvian birch forests or while picking berries. Or in the hustle and bustle of Hamburg's streets, when the gaze falls upon a small but untamed patch of nature.
